These Terms of Use govern your use of Lumen: Walk in the Light ("the App"), operated by Jean Diaz ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions

Lumen offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Lumen+) on a monthly and annual basis. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App is owned by Jean Diaz. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
